FX366 – 30 GHz TDR/Sample & Hold

The FX351C is a high-performance, differential, low-power dissipation, dual rank, Sample & Hold Amplifier (S&HA), targeted at wideband, modestly sub-sampled data-acquisition applications. The FX351C tracks analog DC to 45GHz signals and performs at least 8-bit (non-averaged, full-scale) sampling rates from 20M to 950MS/s. The FX351C is our highest bandwidth sample and hold that is available in our 2.9mm QFN package.
