FX331 – 32 GHz Sample & Hold

Availability of the FX331A is limited and primarily for current customers. New customers are encouraged to consider the FX331C, which is fully pin/function compatible and has lower input referred noise.

The FX331A is a high-performance, differential, dual rank, Sample & Hold Amplifier (S&HA), optimized for low power dissipation, and targeted at wide-band, sub-sampled data-acquisition/instrumentation applications. The FX331A employs a novel circuit architecture implemented in advanced SiGe BiCMOS. It is the smallest, lowest power, and simplest to use high-bandwidth S&HA available commercially. Tracking input-referred noise is 1.6mVrms. The FX331A tracks DC to 30GHz analog signals and performs high-fidelity sampling from 50M to 950MS/s.
