FX351 – 45 GHz Sample & Hold

The FX333B is a high-performance, low noise, wide-band, fast, fully differential, dual rank, track & hold, capable of tracking DC to 16GHz input signals and sampling these signals at rates from 20MS/s to 900MS/s. It incorporates two cascaded fully-differential track-and-holds that are edge-triggered, respectively, by the applied clock and the internal inversion of the clock. ​
