Fmax Technologies is incorporated in Minnesota and has been doing business for the past 10 years. During this time, Fmax has demonstrated significant design competencies in both analog and digital CMOS and SiGe technologies. This experience ranges from 600nm to 40nm CMOS as well as SiGe technologies including IBM7HP and IBM8HP. In 2010, Fmax demonstrated new frequency synthesis IP that is patent-pending (http://www.slwip.com) and is suitable for use in high-performance digital PLLs. Also in 2010, the company developed several ultra low power ASICs for confidential customers.
